Save or Keep Investing in REITS/Crowdfunding?

Hello BP,

I started my RE investing journey in the RE Crowdfunding space in 2017. It has been a goal of mine to eventually become an active investor and flipping and buying to hold. It is my goal this year to get my first investment property to further develop my investing journey. However, I do not have the capital to do deals on my own, therefore i can only save so much.

Right now, i have about 3K saved, and about 4K invested through LendingClub, Groundfloor, Fundrise, and Roth IRA. Should i look into other Platforms to generate more passive income or keep saving?
