Mastering My Market: Where Should I Do My Research?

Amanda Scully

I'm a new investor starting out, so I am trying to do as much research as possible to really know my market well. I'm in Essex County, NJ and looking to invest within the state. What kind of research do you suggest? I typically do a Google search and look at market reports, etc. but wondering if there's any other specific and focused information I should be aware of, and where to find it...thanks!

OK.  Here are a series of questions I have for you:

1 - Specifically what type "data" are you looking for?

2 - What are you looking for within that data?

4 - When you find what you are looking for, what will you do whit that data?
