PAYING CASH FOR EVERYTHING TO FIX DTI

If you pay for everything in cash will your DTI ratio be better compared to if you charge all of your expenses to your credit card and paying off entire credit card amount in end of month (assuming monthly income and expenses are the same per month)?

PS How long does it take to fix your DTI (assuming income stays the same?
