Hello all,

My name is Zachary Ferris, and my wife and I are getting started in the real estate investing world. We are both originally from North Alabama, but the military took us to Savannah, GA for the past two years. We are moving to Fort Mitchell, AL with a relocation in the military in February. We both plan to get our Real Estate Agent licenses for Alabama no later than May after we move, because we plan on staying in Alabama after the military.

We are buying a new construction home, but we plan to look for opportunities to flip houses in the Columbus, GA, Phenix City/Opelika, AL areas. I’m open to any and all input, advice, or guidance, and I was hoping to get involved with a meet up group in the area. Thank you, nice to meet you all, and I look forward to learning through the Bigger Pockets community.

God Bless,

Zach
