Lost newbie wholesaler

As a new wholesaler what’s a good standard introduction that I can give that won’t make me sound like I’m new and idk what I’m doing? When asked what I do do I just come out and say I’m the middle man? Marketer? What’s a proper term so I don’t sound like NEW. When asked if I work for a company or what company what do I say? If asked how many properties I have what do I say?
