1st day driving for dollars

Happy Monday!!

1st quarter goals underway. I have been going through the podcasts and learning so much. The continuing theme is, Get Out There and DO IT! So no better time than the present to join the active party of DOING. I plan on spending at least 3 hours driving areas near my home and checking out properties. I want to be able to build up my confidence in spotting and recognizing what a good deal looks like based off what the calculators say. My aim is to get out 3 days a week to drive for dollars. If anyone has any advice on a direction of attack. Or if anyone is in the North Georgia area and wants to take on the challenge with me send me an inbox. Lets make it happen. Make time for an inside lunch at a fast food, eat where you drive, and check out who comes in to eat.

It will give you an idea of what the neighborhood is like.
