Want to Start Flipping IN AZ, Arizona, PHX, East Valley?

Hello! My wife and I started this thing as a side hustle for fun and it has turned into a pretty large portion of our vocational concentration. Since September we have purchased 9 properties, and are currently in the middle of flipping 5 between purchase and on the market. 

About 4 years ago a friend of mine allowed me to follow him as he looked at properties to purchase and check on the properties he was flipping. This was extremely helpful in my wife and I purchasing our first deal.

I'm always looking to expand my market, and after listening to the most recent BPPodcast I was inspired to reach out and see if anyone looking to get into their first deal would like to meet up and check out the properties we have in progress and talk shop.
