I am looking for some guidance with understanding the processes and specifics of wholesaling and SFH rentals in the Knoxville area. If anyone is willing to give me some guidance or know of anyone that may be able to point me in the right direction, please let me know!

Hey @Andrew Bobich

There are some very successful wholesalers in the Knoxville area.

Best advice I can give locally is join the KnoxREIA. Come to the meetings and listen and network. No I’m not affiliated with them just a member who’s sees the benefit in the networking and education it offers

Of course non locally just listen to lots of podcasts, read blogs, books, and generally research it online. Knoxville is not much different than any other market out there from the basic premise you’ll find or learn about anywhere

I also host a local meetup just check the events forum for the East TN REI meetup.

Hope to see you out at any of these meetings or events.
