Starting Out in Central Jersey

Hello Everyone,

  My name is Brian and this is my first post.

I am located in central Jersey (Monroe area) and have been doing a lot of reading of recommended books and listening to the podcasts from BiggerPockets to get myself in the door as an investor and gain as much knowledge as I can before taking the dive. I have decided on pursuing SFH within a 35 mile radius and have been looking at homes on the basic RE sites (Realtor, Zillow, ETC) and driving around looking at properties. I have been running numbers (as best I can) and feel I have identified a few properties that fall within my niche.

  The question I have to the forum is :
Can anyone recommend a Real Estate Agent(s) around central Jersey that works with investors.
I have talked to a few but they didn't have experience working with investors (not that they weren't good, but I want someone that understands investing opposed to the typical home buyer).

I can go straight to the listing agent on specific properties but was wondering if anyone in the area had a recommendation for an agent that they have worked with in the past that they would recommend.
