Wholesaling and Bird-Dogging
Hi Bigger Pockets Members, I am an aspiring wholesaler in San Diego and have done literally everything BUT market to cash buyers. I have a well-established buyers list, have connections, verified that my documents are legal, reached out to realtors, etc. I cannot market to distressed homes because when I close I would not be able to sign the contract because I am not of legal age. I tried to JV a deal with someone and my parents found out and I was forced to stop doing business with him. So, I am trying to bird-dog or get an internship with an experienced wholesaler to get as much experience done as I can. When I legally can I can hit the ground running and have experience. So my question to you guys: What would you recommend, when bird-dogging, and is it a good way to gain experience? Thank You.
