My team and I are wholesaling here in California and we came across the problem of wholesaling from agents. As in getting a property under contract that is listed on the MLS and wholesaling it from an agent. Do any of you have any experience in this?

My team and I are about to start driving for dollars very soon. I would like to know if you leave yellow letters or some sort of marketing piece either at the door or have it mailed there. I am planning on driving, sending a yellow letter or marketing piece to the property then cold calling. Any suggestions, stories, or recommendations about this? Thanks guys.

@Raphael Karger I would recommend starting with wholesaling or rehabbing. By doing this you will be expanding your knowledge in the game of real estate as well as gaining money that you can then invest into your multifamily rentals.

I am wanting to introduce my investors to the subject of a finders fee so that they are able to "bird dog" and be able to get paid and we are able to excel our business together. Does anyone here know of a good template for referral fees or an agreement for it? Thank you. (California).

Hi, I am trying to wholesale a deal that is listed on the MLS from an agent and if I were to wholesale this deal there would still be a lot of room and profit for a rehab to take place. So would I be able to wholesale from an agent?

Are there any realtors on this forum who are located in Jack's city who can step in?

Thank you, Patricia, one of the members on my team has access to the MLS, would I be able to find the owner name on the MLS?

Thank you Rich, do you know of any good closing agents that are in San Diego?

Hello BP Community,

I'm preparing to wholesale for the next few months and one thing that I need to get figured out is the title company I am going to use. I'm located in San Diego city and I am looking for the best title company that is familiar with wholesaling and assignment, preferably one that would be able to hold my hand throughout the escrow process. I am hoping to get referrals from the great BP community. What is the best title company to use in my area?
