Where Do I Find The Local Investors

Hey everybody, Thanks for taking the time to read my post. I am looking to invest in the Buffalo market in the next few months, and I’m wondering how to go about finding where the majority of local investors are buying and which pockets of the cIty are most conducive to cash flow. I’m specifically looking for a duplex between 75-120k. I will be financing using a 203k loan. Any and all help is greatly appreciated! -Maxwell

South Buffalo would be a good start. Let me know how the 203K loan process works out for you!
