I got a call from a private lending firm that deal with healthcare professionals. He stated he could lend me up to 100,000 interest rate according to Gross annual income and my Credit score. He said they are private and do signature loans. I am a little nervous about it I haven't given my info at this point I told him I wanted to check them out he said the company was 49% owned by Pinnacle Bank TN  and that they have reviews good and bad on Trust Pilot. He was pretty straight forward. The truth is I haven't been to a bank yet I am still working on finding my deals. I have good credit and income to debt ratio Some collateral and down payment but I am wanted to make sure I am doing all this rite. Could you all give me some advise on this company. The only reason I would even consider them is to have that readily available open line of credit when I need it.

I would ask him how much upfront money he needs?  How much experience do you have?  7% interest for private money is generally for a very experience borrower or the deal is amazing.
