Auction list of deceased owners

Hey BP!

Does anyone in NY know of a site that has a list of properties that are auctioned once the owner passes away and does not leave behind any beneficiary to take over the property? 

(A friend of a friend buys properties like this but did not provide any info as to where he finds the list)
