LLC
I own a house in Colorado under a LLC, since then bought a 4plex in AK and would like to incorporate the two properties under the same LLC. My only concern is that besides from setting up the LLC I have been an "absent" owner and I'm not really sure how to go about moving the 4plex to LLC as my house.
