ANY LAWS TO BE ESPECIALLY AWARE OF IN SC?

I'm just beginning my real estate Journey as a wholesaler. I was wondering are there any laws in the state of South Carolina that I should be particularly aware of so that I don't put myself in a financial bind or legal bind? Also, what's a resource to find laws on wholesaling in different states including South Carolina?

@Bernice Washington I think from a real estate point of view, SC has pretty easy going laws I think. There is a lot of people wholesaling in my area. Not saying they are doing it right to cover themselves but I've not heard of any of them getting in trouble. Get a good assignable contract that you will be using.
