Building and maintaining successful REI partnerships

Hey everyone!

I would like to get some wisdom from some of the veterans out there regarding building successful REI partnerships. General tips, ideas on division of labour, handling legal and accounting issues, personal success stories / problem stories, that kind of thing.

I've recently started a partnership with a fellow investor. He has a few rentals under his belt and I have just bought my first. Our general plan is to begin doing flips locally to get the cash flowing to fund more buy and hold investments down the road.

Thanks in advance,

Jay
