Portfolio lender dialogue?
Hey everybody, I am not even sure if this is the right question that ask, being a newbie, but I was listening to one of the podcast and they mentioned portfolio lenders. I would not even know how to start a conversation or find a portfolio lender as I am not sure what most credit j ions, smaller or traditional banks would consider for a loan.
*STUPID QUESTION COMING*
Do I need properties to get a portfolio loan? And can someone better explain some of the basics about portfolio loans? Thanks in advance!
