New To REI! Looking for Advice!
Hi!
I'm a 24 young old young man new to this world of Real Estate investing. I'll be honest this whole process is extremely scary to me. My current situation is:
-I live with my aunt saving money so i pay small living expenses.
-I pay a $456/Month Car note & $55 phone bill
Besides that i have no other expenses. I'm interested in starting in small multi family properties (2-4) units and house hacking so I can not only get into my own place, but also experience real estate investing in the FULLEST. I completely lost on where to start. I reached out to an agent and she has sent me a couple of properties that i've looked at but besides working with her I don't have a team behind me . Where should i start? My credit is pretty bad ( Trans 570 , Equifax 592) but im working on building it back up. What direction should I start in to get going in the best way to get into my FIRST investment property??
Thank you for ANY feedback you can provide!
Tyrie
