Hello! I am 22 years old and approaching graduation for college and a year in marriage. I have an uncle who owns 11 rental properties and he has really got me into loving the idea of investing in real estate. Where would you recommend me to start after seeking education of real estate overall? He has recommended me to start with a duplex and experiment from there.
