Advice for a Newbie starting out

Hello everyone, I am starting this journey and was wondering if anyone can give a newbie some great advice on where to start looking for my first wholesale? I have read the guide here on Biggerpockets and Brandon Turner's book, "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (Low) Money Down" and several others and now its time to start taking action. I have also started reading through the forums here and I feel like I am in good hands and around great people. Any advice is welcomed.

I would say start listening to the BP podcast and the best real estate investing advice podcast with @Theo Hicks and @Joe Fairless (I like the latter because it's short and to the point).

I listen to podcasts all day, and I've heard tons of wholesalers on the best ever show and Joe always walks through how they got started. I'm not a wholesaler so I can't offer input on this, other than saying that I'd bet you can find your deals the same ways we find out BRRR deals and flippers find their deals.
