Wholesale Process questions

I just have a question about the process and contracts of wholesaling homes.

Is it:

1. Find a home and speak with seller.

2. What contract do you use for the seller?

3. Find a buyer

4. What contract do you use for the buyer?

Hey @Wanya Griffin

The video below gives a pretty good layout of the basics of wholesaling and answers your questions. Just take any youtube video with a grain of salt simply because it's not as easy as they make it. One step that is usually not included is finding a title company that can help get you clear and marketable title. If the buyer does not have one that they use consistently, make sure you have one. As far as the "contract" goes, you will want to generate an assignment contract.
