How do i find a real estate attorney in Jacksonville, Florida? I need to make sure I have some solid wholesale contracts.

@Daniel Soyars I would do a 30 day contract because you should already have a buyer's list. This gives them enough time to look at and evaluate the house.

@Daniel Soyars You typicly would do a contingency clause in the contract to get you out. Something like "this sale is contingent upon finding a buyer that shall qualify for financing"

I just have a question about the process and contracts of wholesaling homes.

Is it:

1. Find a home and speak with seller.

2. What contract do you use for the seller?

3. Find a buyer

4. What contract do you use for the buyer?
