Hope you are all doing well and staying healthy.

If you are interested in receiving off-market deals, single family and small multis, please reply to this discussion.

I'm targeting properties between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo.

Anyone have thoughts on this? These still don't seem to be working properly for me. In addition, I'm getting errors when I try to use the old version of the calcs.

Hi all,

Wondering who else has had a chance to play around with the new versions of the calculators. I'm noticing several issues with regards to the calculations... I found that a BRRRR calc was not taking into consideration the PI/TI into the cash flow. Also, I found when clicking the link to use the "old version" of the Fix & Flip calc, that it doesn't necessarily work the same way that the "old" version used to.

Really just want my old calculators back!!

Thanks,
Adam

@Byron Scott

Amazing story, love hearing about your persistence over those 8 years to absorb everything you could! I have no doubts that you will continue to grow your portfolio.

Personally, I’ve started learning about real estate investing over the past year or so, and have yet to purchase my first investment property. I’m planning to buy a property by the end of 2019 if all goes according to plan.

@Scott Mac

Interesting perspective... do you believe the quality of school teachers and access to educational supplies is the same across the board?
