Done 3 deals...Now how do I scale?

We've done our first 3 buy&hold deals this year - 2 were basically turn key types - a duplex and SFH with conventional loans. The 3rd most recent deal is a cash purchase BRRRR deal in which we are still in the waiting period for refinance. This one is rented out now, just under 2 mo after purchasing & rehabbing, turned out to be an awesome deal.

Now...all our cash is tied up. Regret doing the 2 turnkeyish deals but it got us started and they do cash flow. And I am here loving REI but realizing that 4 units, or even 10 units are not going to get us to our financial freedom cash flow level. The day where we have enough funds to get into commercial (apartment complexes are the ultimate goal) seems so far away now.

How can we scale this and keep up the momentum?    Any insight is appreciated!!
