Remote RE investing for beginner
Hello all, as somebody who works away from home most of the year. Is it feasable to start or run an RE business mostly remote? And if so, how would you go about doing it? Buying and renting out, fix and flip etc. I'm looking to replace my w2 income as fast as possible to leave my job. Just need some guidance. Would like to start in the Houston/ Corpus markets. Thanks.
