Finding Buyers To Build A Dependable List

Good day BP forums, so I'm just getting started in wholesales and have my first lead I will be following up with tomorrow to try and put under contract. It's a probate deal and seller is very motivated to sell and I want to close as quickly as possible. Does anyone have any tips to putting together a buyer's list?
