Hi everyone My name is Ghassan I am new to the Real estate investment world and bIggerpockets.. and I need your advice.. I will sincerely appreciate it .. I ve been reading and learning all different aspects of investing in real estate for the past 2 years .. I have $30000-$50000 that I placed for investing in real estate .. I live in San Antonio Texas .. what would you do if you where in my shoes ? Thank you

@Ghassan Kader Welcome!  Do you already own your home?  Would you be willing to live in a multi-unit property as a way to get started (4 unit, live in 1 manage and rent the other 3?
