@DJ Cummins Hi my goal is to invest in the multi family apartments 18 units and above that’s the target I am aiming for.. either build my way up through different tactics in the real estate or just go in with trusted credited investors ... that is the Goal

@Richard Sherman Thank you.. yes I do own one home here in the United States and 3 overseas .. it seem like a great idea of house hacking.. as start it sounds great .. I can fix the place and flip it .. or keep the 4 units for rental only

Hi everyone My name is Ghassan I am new to the Real estate investment world and bIggerpockets.. and I need your advice.. I will sincerely appreciate it .. I ve been reading and learning all different aspects of investing in real estate for the past 2 years .. I have $30000-$50000 that I placed for investing in real estate ..
