Metrics For Analyzing Your Market

Joshua Juoni
Posted
I’m a newbie investor in Oklahoma City. I was wondering: What are some of the metrics you use to analyze a market? How specific is your market? Street names? Or general areas of town? Any advice or insight would be much appreciated! Thanks and make a great day! Josh

lots of data on the markets here online but i think the most valuable thing is to network with local folks that can tell you some real world experience.  even the best data on the web tends to be a bit behind of what is going on today in the market at least for here in okc.
