Starting off in Real Estate

Gustavo Perez
Posted

Hey so I am planning of investing into real estate in the next year or so. I just have a few questions. What would be the best strategy, I have two different options I am considering and looking for a little guidance. I would either like to buy a Small property fourplex  and renting it out, or flipping it and selling it. Which would be the best option.

@Gustavo Perez

Depends on a lot of stuff, Gustavo.  Can you give the community a feel for your longer term goals, what your life / family constraints are - and what your current financial situation is?  Also, your macro environment and what market in will play a big role in answering this.
