Depends on a lot of stuff, Gustavo.  Can you give the community a feel for your longer term goals, what your life / family constraints are - and what your current financial situation is?  Also, your macro environment and what market in will play a big role in answering this.

Long term goals would be to ideally own some multifamily properties and homes in the greater Sacramento area. I am 27 years old work in the medical field 3 days a week, and the other days I am looking into real estate to learn more about the business. I recently purchased a home 6+ months ago. I still have a lot of research to do before I do any moves because im not even sure what you mean by "

Hey so I am planning of investing into real estate in the next year or so. I just have a few questions. What would be the best strategy, I have two different options I am considering and looking for a little guidance. I would either like to buy a Small property fourplex  and renting it out, or flipping it and selling it. Which would be the best option.
