Fabulous deal... I think?
I found a propert that has recently been flipped, lake front. Mortgage would be half the going rent in that area. What things would you double triple check in your due dilligence on a deal like this?
We are self employed and do not have enough history to get a mortgage. Any tips on asking my network for a $$ partner? I’m pretty confident this is an amazing deal, I’m excited to talk to people... I just never have. What are some common questions you get asked when explaining a deal to someone? How professional should the presentation be?
Thanks for any tips and suggestions!
