Some good choices you have there! Although I'm a little skeptical on Barrio Viejo..
I think your top two here on Rincon Heights, because of the proximity to the University, along with Drexel Heights (if you can find the nicer areas) because of the airport.

If you don't mind me asking, what brought you to these four choices?

I'm currently in the Tucson, AZ market.

@Jake K.

For pre-foreclosures - I just ask for the most updated NOD/NOS lists for my county.

Hi Alex,

Being a new investor myself, take my advice with a grain of salt..

My current route for investing is with wholesaling, it sounds like you might be taking a similar route.

Irrelevant, but maybe it'll help: My two main lead sources are bandit signs and cold calling pre-foreclosures.

I obtain my lists through my local title company that I've built some rapport with. I've also used Listsource.com in the past (and had good/similar results), but continue to use my title company due to price.

For skiptracing, I've only used a few different services but have had the best luck so far with needtoskip.com.

Hope this helps!
