Does anyone know about airbnb rentals

I have a home in Anaheim ca. near Disneyland, and ive been hearing about I can possible make

100,000 annually with airbnb Is this true ? has anyone done airbnb arbitrage curious if this is true.

Plus my property is already paid for so its a win win if its true. Im a newbie that wants to learn real estate. Any advise be welcome thank you !!!
