Mr.Rothenburget I could not agree anymore. That’s why I’m trying to get my first deal in so I can become a pro. I’m in Anaheim , Ca. and medium homes are running 500,000 + easily. I’ve been watching the prices going down, but still that’s high for a new investor with no money down, but I’ll make it happen. Thanks for the response.

I found this home on Craigslist for 535k turns out it’s a pre- foreclosure there selling as a fixer upper well they owe $807,369 back pay now my question is doesn’t that debt fall onto who ever buys this place or do they just take a loss. Thank you for your time
