First timer to Bucks County, PA

Hi everyone, I am new to bigger pockets and real estate investing. I have been listening to bigger pockets' podcasts at my night job and reading when possible to try and educate myself on real estate, until I have some free time. But now that I am married and paid for my wedding, I can quit my night job and focus on real estate investing and really dive into it!!! So, I was wondering if flipping or using the BRRR strategy for multi/single family residents is a viable option in the area? Also does anyone know of some good meet ups/groups in the area for real estate investors? I would really like to meet up and discuss ideas or partner with someone on a deal. I'm really eager to learn and always ready to put in the hard work. If there's one thing to know about me it's that I'm always willing to put in the time and hardwork.
