Investing in wholesale !!!

Hey guys I am finally breaking the seal and jumping into the cold waters. I truly have learned so much in these post and videos. And I feel confident enough to start my real estate investing journey, so my question is about wholesale. I have read a few blogs and finished a few books but one question has me going crazy. And that is how can I learn about the legal aspects of wholesale mainly not getting sued. And learning about those awesome contracts.
