Hey guys I really am looking forward to joining the investing family. But I would love to get started the correct way. Does anyone know of a real estate friendly attorney in or near the coachella valley ? I have a few questions about my investing ideas that I want to get started on soon.

Jeryll trust me when I say, "I dont want bull crap answers " so I appreciate your response blunt as it is I would rather know the truth of the matter than b.s . I really do understand why some people if not all people hate wholesalers but I need capital to one day truly invest in homes and I think wholesaling will help get started. Even if my finders fee are low. Also if talking to a lawyer is the way to go I will investigate further. Thank you. So what type of investing do you do ?

Hey guys I am finally breaking the seal and jumping into the cold waters. I truly have learned so much in these post and videos. And I feel confident enough to start my real estate investing journey, so my question is about wholesale. I have read a few blogs and finished a few books but one question has me going crazy. And that is how can I learn about the legal aspects of wholesale mainly not getting sued. And learning about those awesome contracts.
