The bigger pockets series of books is also good. For example - real estate investing out of state is a good one!

Just Finished Investing with no and low money down, Set for Life, and The ultimate beginners guide to getting started would recommend every one of them! Great job starting out so early, I'm sure you will crush it if you keep it up!!!
