Thank you for your response @Russ Scheider and @Dan Barli Is there a guide on sourcing deals? I'm willing to put in all the work I can if it means I don't have to have the capital or credit to do it.

Hello. I just attended a Than Merrill seminar in Charleston, SC to learn more about the real estate business. However, my dilemma is NO cash to start up. I couldn't dedicate $200 to learn how to start with two little ones at home. I still have the desire to get into wholesaling/rehabbing, but how do I start with nothing?? Can I start with nothing? What do I need to start besides wishful thinking? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!
