Final payout after owner financing long term

How does everybody feel about owner financing? If I put no money down to obtain a property at 5.5-6.5% on a 20-30 year does anybody worry about how much they are actually paying that person if they are cash flowing? Say owner finances 100% of 169k, after 25 years you're into the property 329k, but you have no money invested, the property was cash flowing 300-400 a month, and you're left with the property as well.
