Getting started in Philadelphia
Hello BP Community,
I am a new real estate investor based in Philadelphia looking for multi family properties to rent in the greater Philadelphia area. What areas work best? What websites to visit to learn this kind of information? I'm looking for B class neighborhoods. I would love any advice people have about good/bad experiences they've had in the area and major things to look out for when just starting out. Thanks!

Loopnet is a great place to start to see the kind of inventory that is on the market.
From there I would call all the brokers in Philly and tell them what you're looking for.
Then as the deals come in, analyze them and provide your feedback to the brokers until you find the right deal.
