Is it a good idea to try to get a few properties at one time if you have average credit (620-700). I was told to aquire a few within a 60 day period because they would not hit my credit report for that amount of time. I always thought if you got investment property and rented it out that would add to my salary and show more income giving me a better income ratio. Am I right?
