Is it a good idea to try to get a few properties at one time if you have average credit (620-700). I was told to aquire a few within a 60 day period because they would not hit my credit report for that amount of time. I always thought if you got investment property and rented it out that would add to my salary and show more income giving me a better income ratio. Am I right?

The house is 20k(I will try to get it for 16.5. rehab 15k. comps in area 65k(not confirmed). I'm thinking pay for the house in cash then take out a loan for 20k. Fix property and flip for 60k. Is this a good deal. For some reason I feel I'm missing somthing.

Its not that she is against it. She just isnt active in the process and dosent see the potintial in REI. I try to explain but its just dosent hold her intrest. To me its all about your support system and protecting your assets.

Speaking of assets. What do you guys and gals do to protect your own assets like the home you live in and other assets from this sueing society. I already have an umbrulla policy just in case but when is it enough?

Ok her it goes. As a married person how do you invest in Real Estate and not have you other half involved. (She doesnt want to be) Do you have to use a corp or llc or a partner.

If you have high comps in the area would'nt a bank be more likely to give you the loan?
