Hello all, Would love some advice. Ive been reading and listening to as many podcasts as possible. I feel confident that I am learning the right things. But just one question remains... How does one properly look at and analyze their local or surrounding markets? What specifically am I looking for? I understand that I am looking at the avg day homes are on the market, lifestyle (university, beachtown, tech booming city, etc), what driving the economy as in- are there more jobs moving to or from said area? How many people are moving to or from said area, etc. How does one specifically go about finding this numbers? Is there a website or analysis book that could help me figure out the numbers. Or can anyone of could help me or at least point me in the right direction so I may fimd the answers. Thanks in advance.
