Hey BP Family,

I am starting out in Real Estate investing. I currently live in CA and plan to invest in Warrensburg, Missouri. I have found a lender that will meat my needs and is willing to work with me. I have also potentially found a real estate agent who knows my situation and I will be meeting them both when I fly out there next Wednesday!!!Was Seeing if anyone has any great Contacts with Property managers out there and any tips i could use to make sure I am staying safe. Can you help me see what I am missing. I do know there are risks with out of state investing and I am prepared and doing the best I can to navigate those. Any information would be helpful!

If you are a out of state investor what systems do you use to keep your teams diligent and strong?
