Flipping Project Management or Help

Hello Biggerpockets,

I live in San Diego and I'm a project manager in mechanical construction and looking to find a way to get involved and get started in real estate. I have a full-time job, but if someone is looking for someone to help a little bit with project management or other areas of their business, I would love to try and find a way to help you and learn from you.
