South NJ Shore Investors

I am a new real estate investor focusing on investing in the southern NJ shore towns.  I have a duplex, a triplex and currently negotiating on a fourplex.  Are there any other investors on this forum that invest at the southern NJ shore and/or are there any local meet ups in that area?
