Finding a Escrow Company in the LOS ANGELES AREA

I’m a new wholesaler starting out in the Los Angeles area. I’m based in Torrance, CA WHICH IS A LA SUBURB NEAR THE BEACH. I was wondering if anyone happens to know of a good escrow company that handles double closes, assignments, and works with investors ? Also I would prefer if it’s not too far from Torrance. I would appreciate it.
